When we will refund
If the download link fails, the file is corrupt, or you were charged twice, write to support@YOUR-DOMAIN.com within 7 days with your payment reference. We will resend the file or refund the payment in full.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
